Stephen Lam
Business Development Director
Stephen is an entrepreneur who has over 30 years cross industries experience in trading, application development, import & distribution, retail chain sales outlets, real estate consultancy, venture capital and B2C/ O2O e-Commerce. His business development experience ranges from start-up SMEs to senior management of public listed and fortune 500 MNC corporation like DTZ, Coca-cola, Four Seas Mercantile etc. He had collaborated with HK Midland Realty in 1988 to develop the first PC based network enquiry application for HK property agencies, which had gained over 80% market share in HK and set foot his bonding with real estate industry. He was the Marketing Director of DTZ North Asia from 2005 to 2007. Stephen graduated from HK Kings College and got his MBA from South Eastern University in US.

Eugene Mak
Managing Principal & Founder
Eugene has 20 years of experience working with financial institutional investors, particularly insurance companies, in Asia Pacific. Eugene started off his career as an Actuary advising Asian insurance companies on matters related to asset liability management, M&A and capital raising. During this period, Eugene worked for blue chip actuarial consulting firms Towers Perrin and Watson Wyatt (the two firms have since merged into Willis Towers Watson) in the capacity of a consulting Actuary. His prominent projects include acting as actuarial advisor for major state owned life companies including China Life and Ping An with respect to listing in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Eugene subsequently worked in the Global Markets Division of major Investment Banks, focusing on balance sheet management solutions for insurance sector clients. Eugene took positions as Director for the Global Markets Division of HSBC, Morgan Stanley and Citigroup respectively and was made Managing Director in 2011 for Natixis Asia Limited, The 2nd Largest Banking Group in France, running their equity derivatives sales desk for Asia. Eugene’s core expertise is developing risk transfer solutions for insurance company balance sheets using derivatives, reinsurance and securitised formats to facilitate risk transfer and regulatory capital management for Asian insurance companies. Eugene graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a degree in Actuarial Science and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, United Kingdom.

Iris Wan
Principal & Founder
Iris has 25 years of business development experience in real estate and other industries. Early in her career , Iris has been instrumental in building the business development functions of Asiana Enterprises Limited, a medium sized FMCG business located in Hong Kong principally involved in premium health foods. In this role, Iris successfully helped Asiana penetrate major FMCG distribution channels including Hong Kong’s largest supermarket, convenience store and premium department store chains Iris subsequently moved on to founding Wide Star Enterprises and became part of a team in setting up a proprietary software for real estate agency applications. Iris officially joined Rosebery Capital as one of the founding members in 2013. She is mainly responsible for business development and investor relations. In the early stages, Iris was responsible for fundraising and exit strategies for several residential projects in Manchester. Iris subsequently focused on commercial office schemes in Asia and UK and originated several high profile transactions in Hong Kong, including advising a client on a super prime commercial building in Hong Kong that was subsequently sold at HKD 3 billion Iris has also been at the forefront of developing ties within the corporate community of Mainland China, especially the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Bay Area. She is the Vice President of the Hong Kong New Era Youth Organisation (“NEYO”), an organisation actively promoting the interests of Hong Kong entrepreneurs in Mainland China. NEYO has a high profile membership consisting of Hong Kong Politicians, Entrepreneurs, Professionals and Community Leaders in Hong Kong New Territories
